    Really good range of nifty things - I'm more into pens, stickers and other stationary / craft things right now which they didn't really have a range of. Customer service was shyte. Loitered around the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be served, no bell to ring, then when I was serviced I was paid no particular attention, talked over the top of by other people, had the server walk away from the counter without saying a word... No greeting, how are you, or farewell. It's really not hard, I have served hundreds of people a day. A noticeable "yes we have EFTPOS" sign at the counter would be nice if you're not going to talk to your customer or let them get a word in until after you've rung it up (yes, they do have EFTPOS, but I was getting pretty pissed off and anxious waiting to find out while she chatted to someone else).
