    Good to just pop in to, but unfortunately as with most Telcos, it's generally easier to go online.

    absolutely dreadful...I was given a "verbal contract" by staff on a bundle that would see us save around $30 per month only to find out that I was actually given an absolute shafting, we are paying $30 EXTRA per month with charges not even mentioned by the sales girl at the time.
