  Of the 3 meals we ordered each one came out wrong. And they were simple orders; pizza (no BBQ sauce... It came covered in BBQ sauce), Steak meal (no mash, instead chips.... it came with only chips, no sauce [as requested] or veg, as stated on the menu) & a steak special with chips and salad (as written on the menu) with the addition of gravy.... it came with mash and veg and no gravy. After waiting 45minutes to get the food we didn't have time to re order. We notified staff of the mistake to which there was no apology, nothing.

  Have just booked three months of functions with these guys because they go above and beyond. Everything I asked for for my function and more was delivered. Even got a doggy bag of my lunch because it was noticed as the speaker and organiser that I didn't get a chance to eat. Amazing!!

  My partner, his parents, & I dined here last Friday. We ordered the meals at 2pm and was told we couldn't use the entertainment card, after driving to dine hear and having checked the details on the voucher previous this was very disappointing. Accordingly, we were charged $88 for our lunch (of 3 meals), not including drinks!!!

  Perfect hotel. Absolute prime location. Beach front view. Price is very affordable. Highly reccomended. I know where ill be coming when my christmas break from work starts
