  An excellent experience to shop here for a new bike, upgrade, or just ask advice. I recently have purchased two bikes new from the owners Spence & Shirley. My most recent purchase, a Giant Talon 27.5" MTB, has been skillfully upgraded by Spence (a rather clever engineer & master mechanic) from a basic Shimano 24-speed MTB into a 33-speed (11x3 speed) Road Bike using a Ultegra R8000 cassette & derailleur - with flat-bar shifter).

  Highly recommend this store to all who want to rent a bike and to have a ride on the Encounter Bikeway around Victor Harbor. The staff was friendly and the rental price was fair. Wonderful experience to me! :)
